Self Storage Controls
Envirotrols Group has completed installation on an energy/building automation system in six states for Safeguard Self Storage. The project encompasses over 3.5 Million Sq FT and 654 HVAC Units. With a Web-based system Safeguard is able to monitor and control energy consumption in sixty stores from corporate offices in Atlanta, GA. In the past two years, Safeguard has averaged a 52% return on investment on several pilot sites and is projecting 43% return on investment on sites installed in 2010.
